三亚华侨学校近些年来大力引进经验丰富、高学历、精通双语且具有国际教育背景的优质中外籍人才参与课程设计、管理和教学工作。教学管理团队具有多年在美国、加拿大、新西兰等发达英语国家的工作经验，绝大部分拥有硕士学历。中加国际班项目现拥有全职外方校长一人、全职外籍教师三人、全职助教一人、全职运营管理人员一人、全职班级管理人员一人、兼职行政人员两人。加拿大高中课程全部由加拿大新斯科舍省教育厅指定的优秀外籍教师任教。

　　Mr. Eben Engelbrecht was a principal in South Africa and took early retirement in 2017. He accepted a position as teacher in a Sino-Canadian school in Beijing. He became the principal a year later. In 2021 he accepted a principal’s position in Xingtai Sino-Canadian program and was transferred to Sanya in 2022 to take up the principalship here. He is a qualified Biology and Economics teacher. His highest qualification is a Master’s degree in Education (School Leadership and Management) he obtained in 2010. His life goals are the identification of talent and development of talent. In his free time he likes reading and research.
